Service and account

Maazeem is a Rizi service for invitation design, occasion pages and guest responses. Organizers use their shared Rizi account and are responsible for protecting sign-in details and providing accurate event information. Guests do not need to purchase or create an account to RSVP.

Content and guests

Only upload images, fonts and text you have rights to use and share. Do not impersonate, harass, defraud, send unwanted messages or violate others’ rights. Collect only guest data needed for the occasion and obtain necessary permission to contact guests. The organizer is responsible for the event, its content and guest communication.

Event packages

A package is a one-time purchase for one event, not a recurring subscription. The offer identifies included features, guest capacity and price before confirmation. Paid digital features in iOS use Apple in-app purchase when available. The price Apple displays at confirmation is the transaction price. A package does not guarantee message delivery or guest attendance. Apple purchase refund requests go through Apple, without limiting statutory rights.

Privacy, deletion and support

The privacy notice explains data, permissions and deletion. You can initiate permanent Rizi account deletion in Maazeem, affecting the shared account and owned data across Rizi apps. Sign-out only ends the device session. Maintenance, connectivity or other providers can affect availability. Contact support@rizi.app about problems or reports. Updated terms and service changes will be communicated when changed; these terms do not remove statutory rights.
