توضح هذه الصفحة التعامل مع بيانات منظمي وضيوف معازيم، التطبيق المقدم من Rizi. يستخدم المنظم حساب Rizi المشترك. لا يحتاج الضيف إلى حساب أو تطبيق للرد على دعوة.
البيانات التي تستخدمها الخدمة
بيانات حساب المنظم، مثل البريد والاسم المتاح من تسجيل الدخول؛ وتصاميم البطاقات والصور المرفوعة وتفاصيل المناسبات وقوائم الضيوف. يحدد المنظم إن كان اسم الضيف وبريده وجواله مخفياً أو اختيارياً أو مطلوباً، وقد يضيف أسئلة للنموذج. يختار الضيف البيانات التي يرسلها وفق النموذج المعروض.
المفضلة والتصاميم المحفوظة
عند تسجيل الدخول نربط التصاميم التي تضيفها إلى المفضلة بحسابك لاستعادتها على أجهزتك وعرض قائمتك. تُستخدم أعداد الإعجاب المجمّعة لترتيب التصاميم الرائجة؛ وقد يطّلع مشرفو Rizi المخوّلون على الحسابات التي أضافت التصاميم إلى المفضلة لإدارة المكتبة. لا تظهر أسماء هذه الحسابات للزوار ضمن الأعداد العامة. تحفظ التصاميم التي تنزّلها نسخة على جهازك، ويمكنك إزالة التنزيلات من أدوات التطبيق. قد تبقى الصور المصدّرة والنسخ التي شاركتها خارج التطبيق بعد حذف الحساب.
بطاقات Apple Wallet
عندما يطلب الضيف بطاقة Wallet، تنشئ الخدمة بطاقة موقّعة من النسخة المنشورة للدعوة، وقد تتضمن اسم الضيف المتاح وتفاصيل المناسبة وصورتها ورمز الدخول. احفظ البطاقة ورمزها بشكل خاص. إذا أضاف المنظم موقعاً أو موعداً، قد يعرض Wallet البطاقة وفق إعدادات الجهاز؛ لا يتلقى معازيم موقع الجهاز أو إشعاراً بقرب الضيف، ولا يُعد ظهور البطاقة تسجيل حضور. يمكن إزالة البطاقة من Wallet مباشرة.
الردود وفتح الدعوة
نحفظ التسجيل ورد الحضور وتغييره وسجلات الاستقبال. فتح رابط الدعوة قد يسجل تفاعلاً ويرسل إشعاراً للمنظم؛ وفي الرابط الشخصي يمكن ربط التفاعل بالضيف المخصص له. الرابط العام لا يكشف اسم الزائر بمجرد فتحه. لا يعني الفتح تأكيد الحضور. تعامل مع الرابط الشخصي كبيانات خاصة ولا تنشره.
الإشعارات والأذونات
عند تفعيل إشعارات الجهاز نستخدم رمز إشعارات مرتبطاً بحسابك. الكاميرا لمسح QR، والوصول إلى الملفات أو الصور لإضافة ما تختاره إلى التصميم. لا يتطلب معازيم إذن موقع الجهاز أو تتبع القرب من المناسبة. إدخال مكان المناسبة اختياري. يمكن إيقاف الإشعارات من الحساب أو إعدادات الجهاز. تذكيرات الضيف تعتمد على اختياره لقناة متاحة وموافقته.
التشغيل والمشاركة
تصل البيانات التي يرسلها الضيف إلى منظم المناسبة. نستخدم Supabase للحسابات والتخزين والبيانات، وVercel لتشغيل واجهة الخدمة، وExpo وApple لخدمات الجهاز عند تفعيلها. قنوات الرسائل المتاحة تعالج بيانات التسليم اللازمة لها. تحتفظ البنية المستضيفة بسجلات تشغيل وأمان، مثل وقت الطلب ومساره وحالته ومعرّفات الطلب وبيانات المتصفح أو الشبكة المتاحة؛ وقد ترتبط هذه السجلات بالحساب أو المناسبة. تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ حسب الخدمة والخطة وإعداداتها. لا تضف بيانات حساسة لا تحتاجها المناسبة. البطاقة أو الصفحة التي تشاركها تصبح متاحة لمن يملك رابطها؛ وقد تحتفظ التطبيقات التي تشارك عبرها بنسخة.
بلاغات الدعوات
عند الإبلاغ نحفظ مرجع المناسبة وسبب البلاغ وتاريخه للمراجعة الداخلية. لا نطلب اسم الضيف أو بريده أو جواله، ولا نرسل البلاغ للمنظم. نستخدم معرّفاً مموهاً يتغير يومياً مشتقاً من عنوان الشبكة للحد من البلاغات المتكررة؛ لا نحفظ عنوان الشبكة الخام في سجل البلاغ. حذف المناسبة يحذف البلاغات المرتبطة بها.
المشتريات
عند إتاحة الشراء داخل iOS، تعالج Apple الدفع. تستخدم الخدمة معرفات المعاملات والمنتج وحالة الشراء لربط الباقة بالمناسبة والتحقق منها ومعالجة الاسترداد. لا ترسل بيانات بطاقتك البنكية إلى معازيم.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى بيانات المناسبات متاحة لإدارة الدعوة والردود إلى أن تحذفها أو تحذف الحساب وفق مسارات الخدمة. من الحساب اختر «حذف حساب Rizi» واقرأ التحذير ثم أكد الطلب. هذا حذف للحساب المشترك وبياناته المملوكة عبر Rizi، وليس خروجاً من معازيم فقط. قد يحتفظ منظمو مناسبات أخرى ببيانات سجلتها لديهم، وقد توجد نسخ شاركها المستلمون وسجلات لدى مزودي الخدمة تخضع لسياساتهم ومتطلبات الاحتفاظ. تواصل مع الدعم لطلبات الوصول أو التصحيح أو الاستفسار عن الحذف والاحتفاظ.

Maazeem privacy

This notice describes organizer and guest data in Maazeem, provided by Rizi. Organizers use a shared Rizi account. Guests can respond on the web without an account or app.
Data and invitation activity
The service processes organizer account details, uploaded designs and images, event details, guest lists, form answers, registration, RSVP and check-in records. Organizers choose whether guest name, email and phone are hidden, optional or required. Opening an invitation can record an interaction and notify its organizer. A personal link may associate that interaction with its assigned guest; a general link does not identify a visitor by name merely because it was opened. An open is not attendance. Keep personal invitation links private.
Favorites and saved designs
When signed in, your favorite designs are linked to your account so your list can be restored across devices. Aggregate favorite counts help rank trending designs. Authorized Rizi administrators may review which accounts favorited designs to manage the library; those account names are not included in public counts. Downloaded artwork is cached on your device and can be removed using the app’s download controls. Exported images and copies shared outside the app may remain after account deletion.
Apple Wallet passes
When a guest requests a Wallet pass, the service creates a signed pass from the published invitation. It may include the supplied guest name, event details, invitation artwork and admission QR. Keep the pass and code private. If the organizer supplied a venue or date, Wallet may surface the pass according to device settings. Maazeem does not receive the device’s location or a guest-proximity notification, and displaying a pass does not check the guest in. You can remove the pass directly in Wallet.
Permissions and delivery
Device push tokens are associated with your account when notifications are enabled. Camera access is for QR scanning, and selected photos/files are for your designs. Maazeem does not require device location permission or track proximity to events. Event location is optional. You can disable notifications in the account or system settings. Guest reminders depend on consent and an available chosen delivery channel.
Service providers and sharing
Guest submissions are visible to the event organizer. Supabase provides account, data and storage services; Vercel hosts the service API; Expo and Apple support enabled device services. Available messaging channels process the delivery data they need. Hosting infrastructure retains operational and security logs, such as request time, path, status, request identifiers and available browser or network information; these records may be associated with an account or event. Retention varies by provider, plan and configuration. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Shared cards and pages are available to link recipients, and recipient apps may retain copies.
Invitation reports
When you report an invitation, we store its event reference, report category and time for internal review. We do not require guest name, email or phone, or send the report to the organizer. A daily rotating pseudonymous network identifier limits repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in report records. Deleting the event deletes its associated reports.
Purchases
When iOS purchases are available, Apple processes payment. Maazeem uses transaction and product identifiers and purchase status to verify and assign event packages and process refunds. Your payment card details are not sent to Maazeem.
Retention and account deletion
Event data remains available to manage invitations and responses until deletion through the service. In Account, choose Delete Rizi account, read the warning and confirm. This deletes the shared Rizi account and its owned data across Rizi; it is not just signing out of Maazeem. Other organizers may retain your registrations in their events. Recipients may retain shared copies, and service providers may retain records under their own policies and retention obligations. Contact support for access, correction, deletion and retention questions.
